Information for Sellers:
 Contact the CV Office with your name, apartment, and phone
 $15 for a spot
 Bring your own blanket or table, chairs and other supplies
 Total surface area of your spot not to exceed 6 ft x 6 ft
 Check in with organizers in front of 180 building at 9:30 on day of sale to get your assigned spot
 Only Castle Village residents may sign up
 Sign-up is subject to availability

Tables, chairs, blankets will NOT be provided

Sorry – no assistance in hauling, carrying, setup, or cleanup

*Sellers will be assigned a spot on the CV grassy areas that adjoin the Cabrini Blvd western sidewalk. Buyers will remain on the sidewalk. Sellers will not be permitted to block city sidewalk or Castle Village walkways.

Work will start at 8:00am and will close at 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. If necessary, quiet work will be allowed on Saturday.

Precautions/Procedures
• Keep your windows closed to avoid dust and debris from entering.
• Air conditioners will be protected with a filter fabric but it is best to avoid using them during the demolition if possible.
• In some cases, an air conditioner will have to be removed to properly perform the work required.
• To avoid possible damage to window and adjoining wall decorations, remove breakable items from these areas.
• Because of the bonded wall construction of our buildings, damage to interior surfaces of your apartment may occur during demolition. Any damage to the interior will be repaired.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but the work is necessary to preserve the integrity of your building.

PIE CONTEST
Saturday, June 19th

We’ll be holding our second annual Castle Village Pie Contest

Special judges are coming to taste and judge!

• Pie must be homemade;
• Pie must be labeled with name of baker and contact information;
• Pie must be labeled with name of pie & ingredients (due to allergies);
• Bring pie to Food Tent between 12:30 and 3:00pm on Saturday, 6/19;

• Judging begins at 3:30pm

Feel free to submit as many pies as you wish!

If you don’t like baking pies, or don’t have time to bake a pie, please donate another food item to our bake/food sale fundraiser. The Food Tent was such a fun part of the party last year. Please help us keep it strong

The Castle Village “Fun and Sun on the Lawn” event is this Saturday, June 19th. Among the planned party festivities will be the Friends of the CV Bake Sale; a good chance to dig out the old (or new) family recipes, and join the fun!

Donations of sweets and savories alike are sought (quiche, meat pies, pizza, hotdogs in a blanket, cakes, pies and cookies)
