Don your best jammies, and join CV pals as you dine on pizza and popcorn at the 1st Annual Summer Movie Night! <p><strong>Sunday, September 13 </strong>- CV SIDEWALK TAG SALE 10am-5pm, Cost: $25 per space<br />
Still crammed with clutter?  Banish those bundles, and visit with neighbors, to boot!  Spaces can be reserved, by personal check (delivered to Sasha in the main office).  Registered sellers should meet CC in front of 120 at 9:15am for instructions.  Sellers are responsible for clearing the space after the sale.  (Rain date: Sunday, October 4)</p>
<p><strong>Saturday, September 26 </strong>– FALL GARDEN PARTY, Noon ‘til Sundown &#8211; Free<br />
Join your neighbors in the garden for a craft’s fair, music, games, food tent, CV collectibles, and an array of fun activities. Beverages will be provided.  Bring a blanket and a picnic (wonderful goods may be purchased from the food tent).<br />
Volunteers are needed – please contact: Renee Colwell at renee.colwell@gmail.com<br />
Bakers are needed – please contact: CC Blackburn at carolynblackburn@hotmail.com<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Saturday, July 11 – TENT NIGHT REDEUX (rain date July 18)</p>
<p>Twilight ‘til Sun-up, $25 per family</p>
<p>CV residents are invited to camp out under the stars – bring your own sleeping bag, flashlight and, if you choose to pitch, your tent.  Storytellers and Stargazers are encouraged to share their gifts with eager ears! The following morning, breakfast will be provided for campers from 7-8AM.  Interested families should register with Sasha in the main office.  (Those who signed up, but are unable to camp this night, should contact Sasha for a refund) </p>
<p>We’ve started informal gatherings of neighbors with the first meeting of the CV Bridge Group.  Those interested in playing contract bridge should send an e-mail to CC Blackburn at carolynblackburn@hotmail.com, or leave word with the 120 Doorman. <p>Sunday May 17th – TAG SALE, 11AM-5PM, Sellers: $25 per space (sellers must secure spots in advance) CV Neighbors sell household trinkets on the garden side of Cabrini – Note: Sellers should gather at 180 at 10AM for spot assignments (Rain Date: May 31)</p>
<p>Thursday May 28th – WINE TASTING, 7:00 pm, $5 at the door (21+ yrs only)</p>
<p>CV residents and guests are invited to sample selections of favorite wines from our friends at Cabrini Wines – Refreshments will be served</p>

<p>Events in the next few weeks:</p>
<p>Saturday May 2 SQUARE DANCE, 7:30-9:30PM Community Room, Cost: $5 per person (space is limited; advance registration recommended) Swing yourself to the community room for the best aerobic event of the season!</p>
<p>Sunday, May 3 FLEA MARKET, 11AM-5PM, Sellers: $25 per space (sellers must secure spots in advance) CV Neighbors sell household trinkets on the garden side of Cabrini – Note: Sellers should gather at 180 at 10AM for spot assignments (rain date: 5/17)</p>
<p>SPRING GARDEN PLANTING (spaces are sold out) – Our garden committee is prepping the beds for planting! Those registered/paid will receive a notice indicating plot assignment. Thereafter, plant whenever the mood strikes!</p>
<p>Monday, May 11 GARDEN EVENT, 5:30-8:00PM (rain date: May 12) To help parents ease into the life of an urban gardener, each child will receive a starter kit of two flowers and a few vegetable seeds to plant at the times listed above. For any resident-gardeners with questions, Garden Committee members will be on hand to offer help.</p>
<p>FYI:</p>
<p>The spiffy new gym is well underway (due for late summer completion)</p>
<p>140/160 building entryways are nearing completion &#8211; local realtors have commented on increased ‘curb appeal’ value!</p>
