200 Building Residents – Exterior Work
After months of delay due to permitting issues, L&Z Building Restoration will start mobilizing on Monday August 16th, to begin the next phase of exterior masonry work at your building. Exterior masonry work will commence on the 4 and 6-lines on Wednesday 8/18 and will progress southward around the building. The work is intended to address mandated Local Law 11 repairs as well as reported leak conditions in these areas. Periodic construction updates will advise where the contractor intends to work. There will be periods of loud demolition as the workers move from drop to drop. To avoid dust infiltration into your apartment, occupants near areas where work is being done should keep their windows closed. Work will start at 8:00am and will close at 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. If necessary, quiet work will be allowed on Saturday.
