180 Masonry Work
Starting Tuesday June 1st, L&Z Building Restoration will start the next phase of exterior masonry work at your building on the 6 and 7-lines as indicated below. Weather permitting, the work will take approximately 5 weeks to complete. Periodic construction updates will advise on the progress and location of the work.
There will be periods of loud demolition as the workers move from drop to drop. To avoid dust infiltration into your apartment, occupants near areas where work is being done should keep their windows closed. Work will start at 8:00am and will close at 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. If necessary, quiet work will be allowed on Saturday.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but the work is necessary to preserve the integrity of your building.
