Notice to Residents of Building 120
In preparation for the installation of storage cages in your cellar, L&Z Restoration Co. will be doing demolition work in the southeast wing of the cellar starting Thursday December 10th. The demolition phase is quite noisy but should not take more than a couple of days. Residents on the first floor of the 3 & 4-lines should keep their windows closed to prevent dust infiltration. Once the debris from the demolition is cleared, final measurements will be taken and the cages ordered. We hope to have the space available for those who are on the waiting list some time in January.
