140 – Front Entrance
As the contractor was installing the new steps at the front of your building, it was realized that a mistake had been made in their fabrication that, unfortunately, renders them unusable. Apparently, the fabricator inadvertently reversed the templates for the steps during fabrication. This error was not realized until the steps were brought on site and L&Z attempted to fit them into place. Even though the new step’s deviation from the correct positioning was minor, the installation was stopped and the fabricator instructed to redo them.
Regrettably, the steps will take at least three weeks to fabricate and cure. In the interim, temporary steps have been installed to provide access until the permanent steps are ready.
We regret any inconvenience this work may cause and apologize for the appearance of the entrance to your building.
