What/where is the community room?

The Community Room is located in the same building as the Management Office and has its own entrance. It is a multipurpose space with a library, meeting area with tables and chairs, kitchen and bathroom. It is used for community meetings and may be rented by Castle Village residents for private use. Residents interested in renting the room may speak to the Management Office (212-927-0600) about fees, rules, et cetera. A security deposit is required. Access to the room after office hours requires keys which are available to authorized users from the 120 doorman.
